This three day course which is based on the National Occupational Standards for Volunteer Managers and the Certa Volunteer Managers Award is ideal for existing staff to develop and consolidate their skills. It will also be an excellent starting point for those beginning a volunteer management role.

Eligibility Criteria
We have some funding from Bradford Volunteer Centre to provide this course at the discounted price of £70 per person and therefore you must be a member of staff or volunteer from a voluntary/community organisation based or delivering services in the Bradford District.
Optional Accreditation - National Occupation Standards for Volunteer Managers
The course has an optional CERTA accreditation of three units at level three.
This qualification matches the National Occupational Standards.
We will support you through the accreditation process, providing digital support tools and post course group tutorials. We run the only subsidised accredited course for Volunteer Managers in England.
Now in its sixth year, over 60 volunteer managers have successfully completed the course. Accreditation costs will apply however, this will be further subsidised by Volunteering Bradford and will be announced on the first day of the training.
