Who do you find it hard to work with?

Sometimes it is hard to give a good service to everyone and developing your skills and confidence is the key to doing this.

Aims

The aim of this training is to provide you with the skills and strategies to address difficult behaviour at work. It will provide the opportunity to work on situations where you want to handle the behaviour more effectively.

Objectives

By the end of the session you will be able to:

• Identify behaviour you find difficult and why
• List the early warning signals and prevent the behaviour escalating
• Avoid being manipulated by difficult people
• Identify and use strategies to deal with difficult behaviour
• Use words that de-escalate and give criticism effectively
• Apply assertive behaviour to improve relationships
