CANCELLED Paediatric First Aid 2 day: 16-17 April 2018

The University is a Paediatric First Aid Association approved training centre and the course meets OFSTED requirements. This course is designed for anyone working with children. The course equips the First Aider with the necessary knowledge and skills to give life support, manage and treat injuries until medical assistance arrive, including the ability to recognise serious childhood illnesses and the administration of prescription medicines.

Having staff that are trained in paediatric first aid is now a requirement if your organisation provides early years care or crèche facilities that are subject to inspection by OFSTED.
