This course is aimed at all staff and volunteers working in health and social care.
This is a half day session that will aim to provide a more in-depth understanding of Food Hygiene. The certificate is valid for 3 years and is a Level 1 Food Hygiene course for people not working directly with food.

• Understand main methods of food storage and preservation
• To list causes, signs and symptoms of food poisoning
