It will explore different tools that can be utilised by organisations to deliver effective supervision of staff.  The training will also look at conflict in the workplace and the role that supervisors can play in reducing work place conflict.

This course is aimed at managers and supervisors that have responsibility for supervising paid staff. It is also suitable for people thinking of becoming responsible for supervising staff.
