This  course is designed to give you an overview of the four financial foundations that all organisations need to understand if they are to manage their money successfully.

The course will give you an introduction on how to:

• plan your money – budgeting
• record your money – bookkeeping
• control your money – financial procedures
• report your money – management accounts and annual accounts.

All attendees will receive a copy of the WYCAS Money Management for Community Groups booklet as well as the opportunity to have a follow-up 1:1 with the course tutor.

The session is aimed at staff, volunteers and management committee members/trustees responsible for finances.
